Payment Info

Payments accepted in Pounds Sterling only, via PayPal. Other payment methods are acceptable but please contact us to discuss. A shipping quote WILL be provided before purchase. Goods remain the property of Amaranthine until paid for in full when title passes to the Customer. Payment Reminders will be sent if payment is not received within the specific timeframe, failure to make payment and/or no communication from the customer will result in the order being cancelled by ourselves.

 

Packaging Materials

We recycle as much packaging as we can. We don’t compromise on either the amount or quality of packaging, we endeavour to package your items as safely and securely as possible to ensure a safe delivery. This doesn’t mean that they can’t get damaged in the post, they sometimes do. We have no control on how carefully packages are handled once they are in the hands of the delivery companies. Should your items arrive damaged please contact us immediately.

 

Postage and Delivery

A shipping quote WILL be provided before purchase. We aim to post within 48 hours of Cleared Payment. Orders will be dispatched either via Royal Mail or MyHermes (a signature may be required for delivery), a Tracking Number will be emailed to you so you can trace your parcel if you have chosen a Tracked Service. If you have any queries regarding your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us. In the event that you overpay the actual postage costs we WILL refund you the overpayment.

 

Customs

Overseas buyers please be aware that you are responsible for all Customs/Handling Charges incurred on any items you purchase from us. We cannot and will not be held responsible for any Customs Charges incurred on any items purchased from us. We never falsify package values, the amount declared on your parcel will accurately reflect the value of the contents.

 

Returns Policy

Amaranthine undertake that if you are not satisfied with a product due to damage, or breakage, you may return the Goods sold within 14 days of Delivery, in their original packaging and condition and receive an alternative choice or a complete Refund of any monies paid, (less return postage costs*) whichever you prefer. If you decide not to return the goods within 14 days of delivery you will enter into a contractual relationship with Amaranthine. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt of item. Notification must be made by email or telephone, you may then be required to send photographic evidence of fault/damage to initiate a refund. If an item is damaged and photographic evidence received, you may not be required to return the item. If you simply wish to return it, we ask that we are notified within 7 days of receipt of item. Please return items in their original packaging and condition (less return postage costs*). Items must reach us in the same condition as received by you. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense*. For your protection we recommend that you use insured/trackable method of return (please use your common sense in relation to the value of the item being returned). Please include your name, address and returns note (this will be in your original package) with returned items. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE YOU POST ANYTHING TO US, that way we can keep track of items coming back. (*Return postage will only be refunded if Goods are not as described.)
